There are two commons reasons for this:
- Your Arccos app is on an outdated app version - make sure you update your Caddie app to the latest build by going to the App Store or Google Play store and clicking 'Update'. We also recommend turning on auto-updates to receive future app updates.
- Make sure no other Links are turned on and paired. Only one Link can be paired to the Caddie app at the same time.
- If you previously had a Link Gen 1 or 2 paired, the Caddie app will not automatically try to connect to to your Link Pro. To pair your new Link Pro, tap the Link icon on the Start Round screen.
