If you are experiencing issues with starting a round on the Link Pro, there are a few things to check:
-
Do you have a Generation 1 Bluetooth Sensor or Arccos Driver Sensor paired?
- These types of sensors are not compatible with the Link Pro

- Please make sure you turn the Link Pro on 5-10 minutes prior to tee off and the device has a clear view of the sky.
- To test the GPS strength of your Link Pro, please connect your Link Pro and head to the Link Diagnostics page. The most amount of satellites can connect to is 30.
-
Check your device Date and Time Settings
- Please ensure your device date and time is set to “Set Automatically” - the Link Pro and your phone need to be on the same time in order to start a round.
- Try restarting your device
- To start a round with Arccos, you need to have an active or trialing membership. You also need to have at least 8 clubs paired + 1 putter sensor.
