Troubleshooting Arccos Link Pro: Round Start Issues

Facing issues starting a round with your Arccos Link Pro? Learn common causes and solutions to get your game underway smoothly.

If you are experiencing issues with starting a round on the Link Pro, there are a few things to check:

  1. Do you have a Generation 1 Bluetooth Sensor or Arccos Driver Sensor paired?
    1. These types of sensors are not compatible with the Link Pro
  2. Your Link Pro may not have received a strong GPS lock prior to starting the round.
    1. Please make sure you turn the Link Pro on 5-10 minutes prior to tee off and the device has a clear view of the sky.
    2. To test the GPS strength of your Link Pro, please connect your Link Pro and head to the Link Diagnostics page. The most amount of satellites can connect to is 30.
  3. Check your device Date and Time Settings
    1. Please ensure your device date and time is set to “Set Automatically” - the Link Pro and your phone need to be on the same time in order to start a round.
    2. Try restarting your device
  4. To start a round with Arccos, you need to have an active or trialing membership. You also need to have at least 8 clubs paired + 1 putter sensor.

If you continue to have difficulty with your Arccos Link Pro, please contact Starter@arccosgolf.com or Submit a Request and share what troubleshooting has been attempted.
