Why can't I pair my Link Pro?

There are a few common reasons as to why the Link Pro will not connect:

  1. Your Arccos app is on an outdated version. Please make sure you update your Arccos app to the latest build by going to the App Store or Google Playstore and clicking “Update.” We recommend turning on auto-updates to receive future app updates.
  2. Ensure there are no other Links turned on or already paired to the app. Only one Link can be paired to the Arccos app at a time. 
  3. If you previously had a Link Gen 1 or 2 paired, the Arccos app will not automatically attempt to connect to the Link Pro. To pair your new Link Pro, please tap the Link icon on the Start Round Screen.

If none of the reasons apply, please try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Please make sure your bluetooth is ON
  2. When you turn on the Link, does the LED turn on?
  3. If so, do you see a blinking blue light, a solid blue light, or a red light?
  4. To further troubleshoot, do you have access to another smartphone where you can download the Arccos app and see if the Link Pro pairs?
