If this is a new sensor and the first pairing, please follow the steps below:  

• Ensure the protective black sticker on the sensor is removed
• Flip the grip/sensor down for 15 seconds- then flip back up with good natural light to reset the sensor and pair.

If this sensor was used and paired previously, please follow the steps below:  

• Please try Sensor Diagnostics on the sensor 
• Flip the grip/sensor down for 15 seconds- then flip back up with good natural light to reset the sensor and be recognized. 

If a sensor will not pair, we have a two-year sensor warranty from the date of initial activation. Please contact Starter@arccosgolf.com with your Arccos account email and troubleshooting actions attempted.
