We recommend pre-downloading courses prior to your round when on a strong connection WiFi connection. If a course does not download, you will get an error message stating "Failed to download course" (see image above), there could be a few reasons.
- Poor cell service
- Phone is in Airplane mode with no WiFi connection
- Course mapping issue
- Another app is running in the background and interfering (please force close other background apps)
If you see this message you can first try force closing the app and re-launching it – then try downloading another time. If this attempt fails, please try restarting the phone by turning it off and back on. If it still fails please reach out to Starter@arccosgolf.com and our team will take a deeper look.
