First, please make sure you have reviewed our other support articles on outdated scorecards and course layouts.
If both the scorecard and course layout are correct and it is only the course image that needs updating (i.e. cloud cover, under construction, snow-covered, course renovation), please email Starter@arccosgolf.com or submit a request.
We are reliant on third-party map providers (Apple Maps and Google Maps), to provide us with updated images. If the images are up-to-date, we will be able to update the course for you. If the images are not up-to-date, we will report the image as being outdated (to Apple and Google) in the hopes we get an updated image as soon as possible.
