Why do I need to unlock the Apple Watch for shot detection? Follow
In order to have the best experience with Arccos Caddie, we restrict the Apple Watch shot detection experience to users who have played at least 36 holes with the phone being used for shot detection. This 36-hole period gives users ample opportunity to familiarize themselves with the system prior to using the Apple Watch shot detection experience, which is currently in public beta.
