My Arccos Link disconnected from my phone and will not reconnect? Follow
The Arccos Link will disconnect when the phone and link are no longer in bluetooth range (~10 yards). Once back in range the Arccos Link should reconnect. On occasions the Link may have trouble reconnecting (marked by a red X on the Link icon in the bottom left hand corner) and you can follow the steps outlined below to manually reconnect:
- Try toggling bluetooth off and on on your phone
- Try force closing the Arccos Caddie app on your phone and relaunching
- Try turning Arccos Caddie Link off and on
- Try restarting your phone
The good news is that even if the Arccos Link is disconnected from the phone, the Link will continue to record all of your data and send it over to the phone once it establishes it's reconnection.
Note: Each time you open the app you may see a spinner image on the Link icon, this means the data is syncing. Once synced, it will turn to a green checkmark.
