Listed below are the most common reasons why Arccos Caddie Link isn't connecting to your phone.
- Please make sure you are on the latest app version of the Arccos Caddie app. We only support iOS 13 and newer, so if you are on iOS 12 you will not be able to update to the latest version of the Arccos Caddie app and therefore your Link will not be able to connect.
- Please make sure your Bluetooth is 'ON'.
- Try restarting your phone and connecting again.
- Try restarting your Link by turning 'OFF' and then back 'ON'
