On occasion, after a firmware update your Link might get into an abnormal state where it can't connect to the app. If you find yourself in this situation please try the steps below:
- If the Link has a solid red LED it should reset after approximately 2 minutes
- If the Link has an orange blinking light or green blinking light but won't connect to the app, try the following to see if one of these steps fixes the issue; 1) kill the app and reopen; 2) turn the Link off/on; 3) restart the phone
- If the first two steps don't help and your Link is in a bricked state (can't turn the Link OFF or ON). It likely needs a hard reset. To reset the device, the battery needs to drain fully. Please leave Link unplugged for approximately 24 hours. Once completely drained plug the Link back in and it should be fully functional.
