I incorrectly paired one of my sensors in the setup? Follow
Sensor recognition can be sensitive and accidents do happen where one sensor is accidentally paired incorrectly. If this does occur, please proceed pairing in the set up ensuring only one club/sensor is out of your golf bag at a time. Once your Arccos Membership set up is complete the cross-paired club can be amended in the Clubs section of the app.
To check your pairing please follow the steps below-

- Go to Clubs
- Select the tool icon (top right hand corner)
- Select Club Diagnostics
For Android:
- Go to the Club page
- Select the tool icon (top right hand corner)
- Select Club Diagnostics
To change your pairing, please follow the steps below-
For iOS:
- Go to Clubs
- Select the tool icon (top right hand corner)
- Select Manage Clubs
- Select the incorrectly paired club by checking the box and select ‘Unpair’ at the bottom
- Select ‘Add New Clubs’ near the top and follow the same set up process selecting the proper club to be paired
- Please check your pairing following the steps outlined previously
