My putter sensor will not screw in? Follow
Arccos sensors are designed to screw into a traditional rubber grip and the weight in counterweighted clubs often prevents this.
The 3 options we recommend are:
1) Purchase the SuperStroke adapter (made specifically for SuperStroke CounterCore or Traxion Putter Grips) from our website.

2) Pair the putter, but don't attach it. You can manually add putts using the +/- Putt buttons in the app. We also have a machine learning algorithm which will automatically try to identify how many putts were taken on each hole and will adjust after each hole. The downside to this option is that your putt locations will not be accurate since you aren't using the sensor to detect the shot. You also might experience the occasional hole switching issue since our hole switching algorithm first looks at whether a user has stepped foot on the green, and second if they have detected a putt on the green. The hole switching issue would be more likely to happen when the next tee box is close to the previous green.
3) Cut off the screw part of the sensor with a pair of scissors so that the sensor can sit flush on the grip and then using electrical tape to tape the sensor to the grip.
