Putter Stats and Putting Distance

The Clubs page includes a dedicated stats section for your putter — separate from your other clubs, with metrics that actually matter on the green.

What's included

Focus Area — Your putting weakness highlighted with a specific recommendation on where to direct practice.

Strokes Gained / Putt — Your average SG per putt vs. your goal handicap.

3 Putts / Round — Your average number of 3-putt holes per round.

5 Round Trend — How your putting SG has trended across your last 5 rounds.

SG by Putt Distance — Your Strokes Gained broken down by how far you were putting from.

Make Rate by Distance — Your percentage of putts made at various distance ranges, compared to the PGA Tour average. Tells you exactly where your putting breaks down so you can practice the right distances.

Lag Putting Distance — The average distance of your first putt, reflecting how close you're leaving yourself after approach shots.

3 Putt Autopsy — A breakdown of your 3-putt holes showing where the extra putt came from — whether it's the lag putt or the comeback putt that's costing you.

Putting Distance — The distribution of distances from which you're putting, showing whether you're consistently leaving yourself longer or shorter putts.

Why is my putter data different from my other clubs?

Putter stats are purpose-built for the green — you won't see a distance distribution or dispersion graph, since those metrics are designed for full shots and don't apply to putting.

If your make rate drops sharply at a certain distance, that's your personal danger zone for putting. Knowing it helps you think more strategically about lag putting and approach shot targets.
