Troubleshooting Unresponsive Arccos Sensors: Solutions for Pairing Issues

Having trouble pairing one of your Arccos sensors? Discover solutions to common pairing issues and get your sensor connected promptly.

If this is a new sensor and the first pairing, please follow the steps below:  

  • Ensure the protective black sticker on the sensor is removed
  • Flip the grip/sensor down for 15 seconds- then flip back up with good natural light to reset the sensor and pair.

If the sensor was used and paired previously, please follow the steps below:

  • Please ensure you have unpaired the sensor from its original pairing. 
  • If the sensor still does not pair, please try Sensor Diagnostics on the sensor.
  • Flip the grip/sensor down for 15 seconds- then flip back up with good natural light to reset the sensor and be recognized. 

 If a sensor still will not pair, we offer a two-year sensor warranty from the date of initial activation. Please contact Starter@arccosgolf.com with your Arccos account email and troubleshooting actions attempted.
