Members can cancel their Arccos membership by:
- Using the cancellation link sent to member's email after sign up (Subscription Confirmation email). You will receive a cancellation email if done successfully.
- Contacting our Customer Experience team by email Starter@arccosgolf.com or calling 844-692-7226 Monday – Friday, 11 am to 3 pm EST. Preferred method of cancellation for best success is email.
If contacting the Customer Experience team please provide your Arccos account email and a detailed reason for your cancellation. This reason will help us better understand your experience and improve the product in the future.
Note: If calling, come prepared with email on the account and reason for cancellation as well. Wait time on calls can be longer than sending an email.
