How do I update my payment info? Follow
To update payment information, please follow the directions below-
iOS users:
- Navigate to the Player tab
- Select the Settings ⚙️
- Under the Support section, select Manage Subscriptions
- 'Update Payment Method' will be listed under the Next Charge Date
Android users:
- Navigate to the Menu ☰
- Select Settings
- Select Manage Account
- Select Manage Subscriptions and 'Update Payment Method' will be listed under the Next Charge Date
Note: Accounts in Past Due states may require an Arccos Experience Representative action for an updated credit card to be added to the account.
