How do I update my payment info?

To update payment information, please follow the directions below-

iOS users:

  1. Navigate to the Player tab 
  2. Select the Settings ⚙️ 
  3. Under the Support section, select Manage Subscriptions
  4. 'Update Payment Method' will be listed under the Next Charge Date  

Android users:

  1. Navigate to the Menu ​​☰ 
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Manage Account
  4. Select Manage Subscriptions and 'Update Payment Method' will be listed under the Next Charge Date  

Note: Accounts in Past Due states may require an Arccos Experience Representative action for an updated credit card to be added to the account.
