The most common reasons why the Arccos Link Gen 1/2 may not be connecting to your phone are:
- Software Update: Please make sure you are on the latest app version of the Arccos app. We only support iOS 17 and newer, so if you are on iOS 16 you will not be able to update to the latest version of the Arccos Caddie app and therefore your Link will not be able to connect.
- Bluetooth: Please make sure your Bluetooth is 'ON'.
- Try restarting your phone and connecting again.
- Try restarting your Link by turning 'OFF' and then back 'ON'
Note: Connect the Link in the 'Start Round' section of the Arccos app, not from the list of Bluetooth devices on your smartphone.
