Your Smart Laser subscription is tied to your Arccos account.
Only one active Smart Laser subscription can be associated with a device at a time.
Activation
To activate your Smart Laser subscription:
- Download the Arccos app from the App Store or Google Play
- Sign in to your Arccos account
- Pair your Smart Laser within the app
- Follow the on-screen prompts to activate
Once activated, Smart Laser functionality becomes available immediately.
If you experience issues during activation, confirm:
- You are signed into the correct account
- Your payment information is current
- The app is updated to the latest version
Transfers
If you need to transfer your Smart Laser to another account:
- Contact Arccos Customer Service: starter@arccosgolf.com
- The device must be removed from the original account before pairing to a new one
Smart Laser can only be paired to one Arccos account at a time.
Deactivation
At this time, Smart Laser cannot be manually removed from an account within the app or dashboard. Deactivating your Smart Laser from your account, does not cancel your subscription.

- Transfer the device
- Remove it from your account
