What Is Pre-Round Warmup?

Pre-Round Warmup generates a personalized warmup routine before your round — designed to get your body and swing ready in the time you have available.

How to use Pre-Round Warmup

1. Open the Start Round tab.

2. Scroll to the Pre-Round Warmup section.

3. Select the amount of time you have:

   - 15 Minutes — A quick warmup focused on mobility and getting loose.

   - 30 Minutes — A more complete warmup that includes range work.

   - 60 Minutes — A full routine covering mobility, range, and mental preparation.

4. Tap your chosen duration to view your personalized warmup plan.

What's in the warmup?

Each warmup is broken into phases. For example, a 30-minute warmup includes:

1. Stretch — Mobility exercises like torso rotations to loosen up before you swing.

2. Loosen Up — Short game shots to find your tempo, for example 6 balls with your pitching wedge using three-quarter swings.

3. Dial In — Mid-iron work to find your rhythm, for example 10 balls with your 7-iron focusing on smooth tempo.

4. Commit — Full driver swings to build confidence heading to the first tee, for example 8 balls focused on fairway finders.

The specific clubs, ball counts, and focus cues are personalized based on your game data.

Sharing your warmup

Tap the Share button at the top of the warmup screen to share your plan.

Even a 15-minute warmup can meaningfully improve how you play the first few holes — consistency in your pre-round routine leads to more consistent starts.
