The Start Round tab walks you through everything you need to configure before you tee off.
Shot Detection Mode
At the top of the Start Round screen, choose how shots are detected during your round:
- Phone — Uses your iPhone to detect shots.
- Arccos Air — Uses your Air device paired to your clubs.
- Apple Watch — Uses your Apple Watch for shot detection.
- None — Manual mode with no automatic shot detection.
Round Setup options
- Smart Laser — Connect your Arccos Smart Laser rangefinder (now located in Round Setup, previously under Accessories).
- Start Hole — Choose which hole you're starting on.
- Tee Box — Select the tees you'll be playing from.
- Round Type — Choose the type of round (casual, practice, tournament).
- Ball — Log the golf ball you're playing.
Starting your round
Once configured, tap the green button to start tracking. Verify sensor status from the Clubs tab before heading to the first tee.
