Is my Arccos Smart Sensor covered under warranty?

Warranty Coverage Overview

Yes. Arccos Smart Sensors are covered under a limited manufacturer warranty for two years from the original date of purchase.

The warranty covers:

● Sensors that won't pair or are unresponsive after troubleshooting

● Sensors that broke or fell apart during normal use (for example, at the range)

● Broken sensor clips due to a manufacturing defect

● Inconsistent shot detection, once troubleshooting confirms a hardware issue

What Is Not Covered

● Sensors more than two years past the purchase date

● Sensors from discontinued, pre-subscription generations (unless grandfathered)

● Lost sensors (see below)

● Damage caused by misuse, modification, or third-party grip incompatibility

Lost Sensors

Warranty doesn't cover lost sensors, but we handle these case by case — a first lost sensor is typically replaced as a courtesy.

Before You File a Claim

Try these steps first:

● Check for debris or glue in the grip hole.

● Remove the protective black sticker if it's a new sensor.

● Flip the grip/sensor down for 15 seconds, then flip back up in good natural light to reset and re-pair.

● Run Sensor Diagnostics in the Arccos app.

What to Expect From a Warranty Replacement

● No proof of purchase needed beyond your order number.

● Replacement sensors ship free of charge — you won't be charged shipping on a warranty claim.

● No need to return your defective sensor — keep it or dispose of it.

● If the wrong sensor type is shipped by mistake, we'll send the correct one and you're welcome to keep the incorrect one.
