My course scorecard/layout are incorrect, how can I update it? Follow
Please contact our Customer Experience team at Starter@arccosgolf.com with the following course information:
- Course Name
- Course Location
- Updated scorecard with layout/routing
- Any additional routing guidance or information you can provide
To recommend updates in course scorecard information (tees, pars, distances), please email Starter@arccosgolf.com. It is extremely helpful to share any information you have, such as a photo of the scorecard or link to golf course information.
Note: If your set of tees does not appear, please select another set of tees. This will not affect shot tracking as tracking relies on your actual location for each shot, and does not confine you to a selected tee box. The tee selection only affects the scorecard distances we have on our system and the Slope/Course Rating.
