My course scorecard/layout are incorrect, how can I update it?

We’re happy to assist with any updates to your course’s information. To help us get started, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at Starter@arccosgolf.com with the following details:

  • Course Name
  • Course Location
  • Updated scorecard with layout/routing
  • Any additional routing guidance or details you can provide

If you're requesting updates to course scorecard information (like tees, pars, or distances), please include as much helpful information as possible, such as:

  • A photo of the scorecard
  • A link to the course’s official page or any other relevant details

Important Notes:

  • If the tee set you typically play isn’t listed, feel free to select a different set of tees. This won’t affect shot tracking, as it relies on your actual location for each shot, not the tee box you choose.
  • The tee selection only impacts the scorecard distances in our system and the Slope/Course Rating.

If possible, attaching an image of a scorecard with the layout and routing will be extremely helpful for us.
