Arccos Air Setup Guide: Getting Started and Initiating Your First Round

This guide walks you through the steps required to set up your Arccos Air device and begin tracking your first round.

Arccos Air records your shots automatically during play and analyzes your performance in the Arccos app after the round is complete.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following ready:

• Your Arccos Air device
• The Arccos app installed on your smartphone
• An Arccos account
• Your device charged

If you have not already downloaded the app, it can be found in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Add Your Clubs to Your Bag

During the initial setup process, the Arccos app will prompt you to add the clubs in your golf bag.

You will be asked to:

• Add each club in your bag
• Select the club type and model (for example: Driver, 7 Iron, Wedge, etc.)

Adding your full set of clubs allows the system to properly record and analyze your shots during each round.

To start a round with Arccos, you must have:

• At least 8 clubs added to your bag
• A putter included in your bag setup

If you need to update your clubs later, you can always edit your bag in the Clubs section of the Arccos app.

Step 1: Pair Your Arccos Air Device

1. Open the Arccos app
2. Sign in to your Arccos account
3. Follow the prompts to pair your Arccos Air device

Once paired, the device will connect to your account and be ready for use.

Step 2: Prepare for Your Round

Before arriving at the course, make sure:

• Your Arccos Air device is charged
• The device is powered on
• Your phone has location services enabled

Although your phone is not required during play, location services help the app properly initialize your round.

Step 3: Start a Round

To begin tracking a round:

1. Open the Arccos app
2. Tap Start Round
3. Select the course you are playing
4. Confirm the tee you are playing from

Once the round begins, Arccos Air will begin detecting shots automatically during play.

Step 4: Carry the Device During Play

For best results, carry the Arccos Air device:

• In your front pocket
• On the lead side of your body

Proper placement helps the system detect swing motion and record shots accurately.

Step 5: Review Your Round

After finishing your round:

1. Open the Arccos app
2. Review the recorded shots
3. Confirm club assignments if necessary
4. Save the round

Once saved, the round will appear in your Arccos performance history and contribute to your long-term analytics.
