If you are only seeing actual yardage, check the following.
1. Confirm Tournament Mode Is Off
When Tournament Mode is ON (Switch toggle to black):
- Only actual yardage is displayed
- “Plays Like” adjustments are disabled
Turn Tournament Mode OFF (Switch toggled to green) to enable adjusted yardage.
2. Confirm Your Subscription Is Active
An active Smart Laser subscription is required for:
- Wind-adjusted “Plays Like” distance
- AI Strategy
- Green Maps
If your subscription has expired, adjusted distances will not display.
3. Confirm You Started a Round
Smart Laser must be connected to an active round to access real-time conditions.
- Open the Arccos app
- Confirm a round is started
- Confirm Smart Laser is checked under Accessories
4. Confirm App Connectivity
Ensure:
- Bluetooth is enabled
- Your phone is nearby
- The Arccos app is updated
