There are two in-play GPS options available to the user when using shot tracking on the Arccos Caddie app for Apple Watch.

1. iPhone GPS Location – In this mode, shots are detected at the location of your iPhone when the Apple Watch is in Bluetooth range (more battery efficient).
2. Apple Watch GPS Location – In this mode, shots are detected at the location of your Apple Watch (less battery efficient).

Depending on the length of a user’s round, and their Apple Watch series, battery consumption will vary. Based on their individual circumstances, users should remain aware of the appropriate options available to them. To increase the battery life of your watch open the watch app on your phone > settings > display and brightness > disable the “Always On” preference to Off.
