If the device will not power on, it is usually related to charging.
Confirm the device is powered on
Check the power switch located on the left side of the Arccos Air device.
- If the switch shows green, the device is powered on.
- If the switch appears black, the device is powered off.
Slide the switch until the green indicator is visible to turn the device on.
Fully charge the device
Before using Arccos Air for the first time:
- Place the device in the charging case (ensure the power switch is turned off)
- Plug the charging case into power
- Allow the device to fully charge
The LED lights remain on while charging and turn off when the device is fully charged.
Check the magnetic connection
When placing the device in the charging case, confirm that it snaps into place magnetically.
If there is no magnetic connection, the device may not charge properly.
Avoid high temperatures
Charging may stop if the device becomes too warm.
Avoid charging the device in hot environments such as a car.
