GPS connectivity allows Arccos Air to accurately record the location of each shot. If you experience GPS issues, follow these steps.
Step 1: Allow the device time to acquire GPS
Turn on the Arccos Air device at least 5 minutes before your round.
Keep the device outside with a clear view of the sky so it can connect to satellites.
Step 2: Check GPS signal strength
To verify GPS signal:
- Open the Arccos app
- Navigate to Player
- Tap Settings
- Select Diagnostics
- Open Arccos Air Diagnostics
The GPS signal indicator shows the number of satellites connected.
The maximum connection is 30 satellites.
Higher numbers indicate a stronger GPS signal.
