Welcome to Arccos Smart Laser. Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Insert the Battery
- Open the battery compartment
- Remove the protective battery tab
- Confirm the CR2 3V lithium battery is installed correctly
The device will power on once the battery is properly seated.
Step 2: Download the Arccos App
If you do not already have the Arccos app:
- Download it from the App Store or Google Play
- Sign in to your Arccos account
Step 3: Pair Your Smart Laser
Before pairing, confirm:
- Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Location permissions are allowed for the Arccos app
- You are signed into the correct Arccos account
To pair:
- Open the Arccos app
- Go to the Start Round screen
- Tap the “+” next to Smart Laser under Accessories
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Important: Pairing must be completed inside the Arccos app. Do not attempt to pair through your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
Confirm Your Smart Laser Is Connected
After pairing, return to the Start Round screen and confirm:
- Smart Laser appears under the Accessories section
- The Smart Laser section is checked
If it is not checked, tap it to enable it before starting your round.
Before Your First Round
Before heading to the course, confirm:
- Your Smart Laser subscription is active
- The Arccos app is updated to the latest version
- Your device connects successfully inside the app
Starting a round in the app enables full Smart Laser functionality.
