Here's what to expect once your order is placed — from processing time through delivery, and what shipping costs to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship.
Shipping methods
• United States: Orders ship via UPS Ground, arriving 5–7 business days after shipment.
• International orders: Shipped via DHL or another carrier depending on destination. Delivery times are longer than domestic US shipping and vary by country.
Shipping costs
• United States: Standard shipping is approximately $9.99.
• All other regions: Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order.
• Free sensor renewal bundles: The replacement sensors themselves are free as part of your membership renewal; a shipping/handling charge still applies.
• Free shipping: Available automatically once your order reaches a qualifying subtotal. The threshold varies by region and is reflected at checkout.
Once your order is processing
Once an order has entered processing, the shipping method selected on that order can no longer be changed.
