Return window
You have 30 days from your date of purchase to return an eligible item. Original packaging is not required. Returns requested outside this 30-day window are generally not accepted.
What's eligible
• Smart Sensors
• Arccos Air
• Smart Laser Rangefinder
• Other hardware purchased directly from an official Arccos storefront
What's not eligible
• Installed Smart Grips
• Apparel
• Custom prints
• Purchases made through a third-party retailer (see our Amazon purchases policy for that process)
Return shipping & fees
• You're responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective and being replaced under warranty — in that case, return shipping is covered.
• There are no restocking fees.
Returns result in a refund, not an exchange
Arccos does not process direct exchanges. A return results in a refund to your original payment method; if you'd like a different item, place a new order separately.
