Here's what to expect once you've shipped a hardware return back to us.
• Refunds are processed after your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
• Timeline: Once received, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear back on your payment method.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If that method is no longer available (for example, an expired gift card), contact Arccos Support and we'll help arrange an alternative.
